MACLEOD PAPPIDAS | THE DAILY WORLD Stan Trohimovich stands in his Simpson Avenue Volvo shop in Aberdeen, which almost lost power due to his refusal to pay the tax portion of a Grays Harbor PUD bill. Trohimovich eventually paid the shop bill, but is still holding out with his home utility bill.
