Hoquiam got its first taste of life as a rebuilding team against a stacked Steilacoom squad on Tuesday afternoon. In cold and blustery conditions befitting Sea Breeze Oval, the Sentinels controlled play in the first half to post a 3-0 season-opening non-league boys soccer win over the Grizzlies.
