Grays Harbor Paper President and CEO Bill Quigg is taking a step back from the company to “work on the big picture” through spearheading the company’s biomass initiative and tackling new legislation in Washington, D.C., according to his son David Quigg, who is also the marketing director of the Hoquiam-based paper company.
Aberdeen Public Works Director Larry Bledsoe is proposing the City Council adopt a water connection fee for new home builders. Bledsoe says currently new home builders only pay to install the actual water meter, but nothing else.
