Bill Quigg’s retirement as the face of Grays Harbor Paper LP in Hoquiam doesn’t mean he’ll be spending his time playing golf and relaxing. He plans to work just as hard pushing the company’s environmental initiatives.
A jury has sided with Spradlin Rock Products in its dispute with the Grays Harbor PUD, ordering the utility to pay the company more than $4.2 million.
